DESCRIPTION:Minto Mountain Bike Festival!  The center piece to the festival will be the 2017 XC marathon provincial championship race taking place on the afternoon of June 17th (~ 2:00pm start). The race will have 20/40/60 km options featuring some of our best singletrack. \n\nThe race will start/finish at the Minto Centennial Arena. The 3km course is set by the team leaders and is perfect for youth racers. Designed to challenge those with experience and be a great start for those that are experiencing mountain bike racing for the first time. DESCRIPTION:Meeting place is at the end of the New England Settlement Road. We’ll walk 10 minutes into the work site and go until about 1 pm. We will have tools\, mostly picks and loppers. If you have trail building tools like picks\, rakes\, shovels\, mattocks\, hand saws\, loppers\, bring them along. Also bring gloves\, water\, appropriate clothing\, snacks if you need them.
