RVC has had another busy year, and the executive is looking for motivated members to join the team. We are a volunteer driven club of over 500 members now and we have big plans for 2021. Treasurer
The treasurer will oversee the financial matters of RVC and report to the board of directors (executive) at regular intervals. Responsibilities will include:
- Budget preparation;
- Maintaining accounting records;
- Dealing with insurers and maintaining insurance policies in good standing;
- Setting and reviewing financial policies;
- Approving expenditures; and
- Preparing and signing cheques.
Position-at-large
An open position that at this time has no assigned tasks, we are looking for someone who is interested in contributing to any aspect of RVC’s mission, including things such as:
- trail planning and maintenance,
- member outreach,
- fundraising,
- website management,
- communications,
- organizing events.
